Buying A Property

Property Market Greece have taken every conceivable precaution to ensure the property and its details are correct, however, we can not be held liable for any misleading information given by the property vendor, agent or developers. Properties are bought  at the buyers risk and the buyer is deemed to have taken legal and professional advice prior to purchase.  All property viewings and legal documentation are the responsibility of the buyers and sellers.  The purchase price is negotiated by you, the buyer and the seller direct as is the agreement and completion of the sale for which the buyer and the seller are recommended to use a lawyer.

Selling A Property 
 
  • By instructing us to add your property to our website you are indicating that you accept these terms and conditions as they apply to your individual circumstances.
  • We will charge you a non refundable fee to add your property to our adverting pages irrespective as to whether your property is sold or not. There are no further charges or commissions to pay for advertising on our website.
  • You further agree to let us market your property in our websites and other property related portals on the internet as well as within our offices and agency windows without any further permissions.
  • As the vendor, you agree to supply us with any necessary text and images pertaining to your property and you furthermore give us permission to use these to assist us in advertising your property. You confirm that you are the owner or acting on behalf of the owner of the property and they are aware that you are advertising the property on our websites. It is the responsibility of the seller to provide the information we require to produce the advert.
